    About this service

What medication management looks like with us

Psychiatric medication can be life-changing when it's prescribed with care and monitored over time. The wrong medication, dose, or combination can leave you stuck — or feeling worse than when you started.

Our medication management service is built around continuous, collaborative care: we listen carefully, explain trade-offs in plain language, and make incremental adjustments based on how you're actually responding week to week.

    What you get

    • Careful, evidence-based prescribing across SSRIs, SNRIs, mood stabilizers, ADHD medications, and more
    • Clear explanations of how medications work, common side effects, and what to expect
    • Frequent virtual check-ins during titration so you're never left wondering
    • Coordination with your therapist or primary care provider when helpful
    • E-prescribing sent directly to your preferred pharmacy
    • Refill management and prior-authorization support

    Our approach

How medication management works at PMI Wellness

    1

We start with a comprehensive review of your symptoms, medical history, current medications, side effects, and personal preferences — including past trials and what worked or didn't.

    2

Together we choose an evidence-based medication plan that fits your diagnosis, goals, and lifestyle. You'll always know what we're prescribing, why, and what to watch for.

    3

Follow-up visits are scheduled at the right cadence to titrate doses, track response, manage any side effects, and refine the plan as your needs evolve.
